"Bad experiences Millbrae store. Burlingame store - fully stocked helpful people , well run and the employees don't look like " this is the last place I want to be." Their displays are thought out and the appearance really shows it. I think they have a crew that just focuses on keeping the stores appearance top notch. // My apologies. I did not see Gellert as location. I have not shopped Gellert. I did visit for DMV Kiosk. At a quick glance. . . Gellert store has many kiosks to take care of a variety of needs. So that's a plus before ya even see food. I will change 1 star to 3, at least till I shop Gellert. // Millbrae 1 - ( keep an eye on accuracy of receipts ), Burlingame 5, Gellert TBD."

"The store itself was well kept, extremely vast, & had friendly staff. I usually hate coming to stores at closing time, but I got there about 30min before closing (12am) when I really needed some groceries & when I was running around lost as to where to find a specific item SHERWIN pointed me exactly where I needed to go & was very verbally nice in doing so when a lot of customer service employees would’ve just passed me in other stores. Just wanted to give thanks to Sherwin for being an exceeding customer service providing individual because that doesn’t always get recognized. HE DESERVES A RAISE"
